Q: How are shipping costs calculated?

A: Shipping fees are primarily based on:

 

  1. Goods name, type, and material
  2. Cargo weight and dimensions
  3. Shipping method (Air / Sea / Land + Rail)
  4. Route and destination(Detailed address)
  5. Additional services required (FBA prep, customs clearance, warehousing, etc.)

Q: How do I choose the right shipping method?

A: The shipping method depends on speed, cost, and cargo characteristics:

 

  1. Urgent or lightweight cargo → Air freight is fastest.
  2. Heavy or bulk cargo → Sea freight is most economical.
  3. To Europe or Central Asia → Land + Rail (China-Europe Railway Express) is stable.
  4. FBA warehouse delivery → We provide air or sea transport directly to Amazon FBA warehouses with full tracking.

Q: How do I arrange a shipment?

A: To arrange a shipment with GoodShip56, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Provide cargo details  →  dimensions, weight, and product category.
  2. Select a shipping method  →  Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land + Rail Transport, or FBA Shipping.
  3. Confirm the quotation and sign the shipping agreement.
  4. Cargo delivery & transportation  →  You may deliver the cargo to our warehouse, or we can arrange pickup at your location (additional charges apply). We will handle customs clearance, transportation, and provide full end-to-end tracking throughout the shipment.

Q: Is the amount shown in the system the final cost? What does it include?

A: The system shows a pre-estimated charge, which includes shipping fees, surcharges, fuel fees, and commission. However, it does not include potential fee adjustments or penalties.

UPS/FedEx typically issues final invoices 1–2 weeks after delivery, and your actual charge will be based on that invoice.

 

  • UPS: Final invoice based on order placement date
  • FedEx: Final invoice based on pickup date

 

All charges are ultimately subject to the official carrier invoice.
