Goodship offers various freight options from China to Mexico, tailored to your shipment size, urgency, and destination. Whether you’re shipping to border cities or inland areas, we provide reliable solutions.
Air Freight: Fast Response, Safe and Efficient
For high-value and time-sensitive cargo, we provide multiple levels of air freight service to meet diverse shipping needs. Complemented with value-added services, we ensure your goods arrive swiftly and securely.

Express Air Freight (1–3 days): Ideal for urgent shipments such as perishable goods, medical supplies, and emergency parts. With priority booking and rapid transfers, we achieve “book today, fly tomorrow” efficiency for the shortest delivery times.
Standard Air Freight (5–10 days): A balanced option between speed and cost. Suitable for electronics, samples, and popular e-commerce goods. Fixed flight schedules (e.g., Shanghai–Mexico City, Shenzhen–Guadalajara) ensure predictable delivery.
Economy Air Freight (10+ days): For non-urgent, cost-sensitive shipments. Cargo consolidation helps reduce costs—perfect for restocking or inventory transfers. Real-time shipment tracking is available throughout the process.
Airport Coverage: In China: Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Beijing. In Mexico: Mexico City (MEX), Guadalajara (GDL), Monterrey (MTY), with inland delivery options available.
End-to-End Service: Includes free warehousing (up to 7 days), cargo inspection, custom packaging (shockproof, moisture-proof), air insurance (covering loss or damage), and pre-clearance on both Chinese and Mexican sides to minimize delays.
Flexible Delivery Options: Supports four delivery modes — “Airport to Airport,” “Door to Airport,” “Airport to Door,” and “Door to Door.” The Door-to-Door option covers “factory pickup to final address delivery,” eliminating the need for customer coordination.
Sea Freight: Cost-Effective, Ideal for Bulk Shipments
For large, heavy, or less time-sensitive goods (e.g., furniture, machinery, raw materials), we offer reliable and economical sea freight solutions.

Full Container Load (FCL): Exclusive use of 20ft or 40ft containers, ideal for bulk goods like industrial products or auto parts. Direct sailings from major Chinese ports (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Ningbo) to Mexico’s Manzanillo and Lázaro Cárdenas. Port-to-port transit time: 30–40 days.
Less-than-Container Load (LCL): For smaller shipments, we consolidate cargo with others and charge by actual volume (minimum 2–3 cubic meters). Supports multiple-supplier consolidation to simplify logistics and reduce costs.
U.S.–Mexico Transit: Cargo is routed via bonded warehouses in the U.S. before reaching our self-operated Mexican warehouses. Suitable for Amazon, Mercado Libre, and private commerce. Delivery to Mexico in 25–35 days after vessel departure, with nationwide distribution.
Door-to-Door Extension: Sea freight can connect to inland trucking within Mexico — e.g., from Manzanillo Port to Mexico City or from Veracruz Port to central industrial zones. Our trucking partners provide “Port-to-Door” delivery, with total transit (including customs) of 40–45 days.
Customs Clearance: Professional, Compliant, and Hassle-Free

Mexican customs regulations can be complex. Our experienced local team ensures compliance and smooth clearance, avoiding delays due to documentation or standard issues.
Documentation Management: We assist clients in preparing all necessary customs documents — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and NOM compliance certificates (for electronics, auto parts, etc.), ensuring document–cargo consistency.
Tax and Duty Handling: We pre-calculate import duties (0–20% depending on HS code) and 16% VAT (IVA). Both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms are supported. Under DDP, all customs costs are included for full transparency and no extra charges.
Tracking and Support: 24-hour online tracking system available. Clients can check shipment status via our website (e.g., “Departed,” “In Customs,” “Out for Delivery”).
