Key Surcharge Updates:

1.Overweight Surcharge (for packages over max standard weight):

Zones 5-6: Increases from $50.50 USD to $52.75 USD.

2.Overlength / Overwidth / Overgirth Surcharge:

Zones 5-6: Increases from $34.00 USD to $36.00 USD.

3.Unauthorized Packaging Surcharge:

Zones 5-6: Increases from $30.50 USD to $31.00 USD.

4.Commercial Oversize Surcharge:

Zones 1-2: Increases from $205.00 USD to $240.00 USD.

Zones 3-4: Increases from $225.00 USD to $260.00 USD.

Zones 5-6: Increases from $240.00 USD to $297.50 USD.

Zones 7+: Increases from $260.00 USD to $305.00 USD.

5.Residential Oversize Surcharge:

Zones 5-6: Increases from $250.00 USD to $260.00 USD

6.Oversize Limit Surcharge:

All Zones: Significantly increases from $1,325.00 USD to $1,775.00 USD

Critical Reminder:

FedEx applies these rates based on the delivery date, not the date the shipment is tendered or processed. Shipments processed before July 14th but delivered on or after July 14th will be subject to these new surcharges.
